Last week I posted my interview with Marvel's Agent Carter Producers. I hope you enjoyed reading a bit about how the show was developed before watching the premiere that week. For those of you who watched the premiere isn't Hayley Atwell amazing as Agent Carter?!

It was amazing to stand with Hayley in the same place they filmed the series. I even has a chance to sit at one of the agents desk! Someone pinch me!

About training for the role

Hayley Atwell: I trained in theater so years ago I had training for unarmed combat and how to do stage fighting. So you can look realistic without actually hurting people. So that was in my background and we have a fantastic stunt coordinator and his wife. So I'd shadow her and she's teach me these dance fight sequences.

And we'd shoot it n small bits and make sure we nailed each and every shot and make it look convincing. That we sold the punches and the kicks to the camera.

Also some interval training like running and keeping fit, keeping my stamina up. Nothing too gruling. Just heaps of confidence to throw yourself in and make mistakes. On day one I kicked one of the stunt guys, punch an actor in the face, threw another actor of a chair thinking he was the stunt man. So I've made lot of mistakes to get it looking as sharp as it does.

Walking around the room is like taking a trip back in time. Every detail has been thought over and researched to make sure they fit the theme and time frame of the series. Even down to the accessories on the desk. It was an amazing and beautiful set.

Our group had the chance to meet with Costume designer Gigi Melton who gave us a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the costume design for “Agent Carter”.

Gigi shared about some of the process of putting together the characters wardrobe and what references she used to get Agent Carter "look" to fit the shows time period.

The costume design team use a combined process of sourcing and purchasing original clothing from thrift store and distressing modern clothing with certain techniques to get the time frame look and feel. The characters really do wear clothing to match the time frame the series is representing.

The while the clothing are made to match the look of the time period, they have some modern alternations so the actors can do their action scene. So there's open area for harness and the clothing is adjust so when there's kicking and fighting scene it still flows and looks properly.

I don't know about you, but I really think Agent Carter is going to bring back dressing glamorously as a part of your every day wardrobe. No jeans and tee shirts for her!

Our group also stopped by the cafeteria set but this was no ordinary place to eat. As we walked around we felt like we were back in that time. Again the look, feel and detail of the place put you in the mind set.

I can't believe people really got sandwiches and their lunch like this. While I'm not so sure about the sandwiches, I'd have no problem enjoying a milk shake made there. Yum!

Can you believe all that goes into making a series like Agent Carter look as awesome as it does. So tonight when you watch the show, you can really appreciate not only the great acting but also all the great work that goes on behind the scenes.

This week I'm sharing about my tour of the black-ish set with Maxine Shepard, Production Designer for the show, to learn what goes into getting the set TV ready. Yes another fun activity while on my Disney/ ABCTV L.A. Trip!

But overall the place is so well decorated that I had to ask Maxine Shepard how she did it?! Maxine shared that she scouts a lot of places to find items to decorate the set. She also takes into account the actors themselves when decorating. She open to feedback of what they like or don't like that's she added to the set.

While Maxine is the Production Designer, she has a great team of people who support her to get the sets built and decorated in time for filming. Sometimes they only have a matter of weeks to get a set together.

Last week I posted about the black-ish Kenya Barris and kids cast interview, which was so fun. I hope you enjoyed reading it and are getting ready for tonight's episode.

The tour itself was amazing because the set is built like an actually house. Like you literally walk through a front door and into the foyer of the home. From there you can branch off to.....

The living room had wonderful photographs of the "Johnson" family. Which helped you feel like they really lived here. The dining area was all set for a family meal or to entertain guests

And even the laundry room looked ready for me to load clothing for a wash and dry. And that's just one area of the first floor!

As if that's not impressive enough, there's a 2nd area with the family bedrooms. Each room was decorated to match the personality of the shows characters

Bedroom for the twins, Diane and Jack (Miles Brown, Marsai Martin), bedroom for Zoey (Yara Shahidi) and bedroom for Andre Jr (Marcus Scribner)

Master bedroom and sitting area for Andre "Dre" Johnson (Anthony Anderson) and Rainbow Johnson (Tracee Ellis Ross) which was jaw dropping.

There was a full walk in closet with walls for Andre's shoes and hats. Let me just remind you that this is where FILMING happens. Real actual camera and crew move around in these areas. Can't tell right?

I do have to share that the set has really wide spaces from wall to wall and an open roof area to let the camera crew move around and film the actors during scenes.

After touring the set (and wanting NOT to leave), I have to say it's truly amazing what team work can do.

As you watch the episode make sure to take some time to enjoy the set background. As you can see it's filled with lots of details and a lot went into making it look as wonderful as it does on your TV screen.

Attending a LIVE taping of a show is such an amazing experience. So during my Disney ABCTV trip, I was trilled to attend a live taping of Dancing with the Stars episode that will air on ABC.

Can I just tell you that the "Dancing with the Stars" set is gorgeous! It's really a glamorous ballroom set with a crystal ball in the center, a light up dance floor and an arched way back drop. It's exactly like you see on TV but grander. Much much grander.

Our group of 25 bloggers had the chance to take a group photo on stage. Yes the same place the celebrity dance couples stand! We were also able to pose in front of the judges desk. Just imagine that's where they make the decisions on how to grade the dance couples.

Our time on stage was short and sweet because they had to prep for the start of the show. Did I mention it was LIVE. From our seats we watch all the behind the scene activities that goes into preparing the show. Let me tell you it's a lot! Then the count down started and each dance couple came out and did their routine.

After so much excitement, our group need to relax and get ready for a tweet up for the West coast airing of the show. We headed over to Mixology (www.mixology101.com), a very cool restaurant, where we were joined by some of the Dancing with the Stars couples!

I had fun just hanging out and chatting with the couples. Everyone was so sweet while talking about being on the #DWTS show and how it's affected their lives. A common theme among the stars was how amazing they felt being in shape for the show. This is something many of them will continue after their time on the show comes to an end.

For the dancers, they shared a bit about how they started dancing and how impressed they are with their celebrity partners. They know the dancing competition isn't easy and they push their partners but it's really from a place of love and support. They are so proud of how far their celebrity partners have come with them in the competition.

To me they have all done such an amazing job getting this far in the competition.

• Alfonso Ribeiro & Witney Carson - “Love Runs Out” by One Republic, featuring a guest “unplugged” performance by Christina Grimmie

• Sadie Robertson & Mark Ballas - “Problem” by Ariana Grande, featuring guest “unplugged” performance by Noah Guthrie

If you watched the DANCING WITH THE STARS - "Episode 1908" either on TV or streaming from #DWTSAllAccess, available to watch every Monday -- then you know the dance couples paid tribute to well-known twosomes, both real and fictional, during "dynamic duo" night.

The duo dance styles included Jazz, Cha Cha, Contemporary and the Rumba. Additionally and for the first time this season, the couple with the highest overall score for the night was granted immunity from elimination. The duos who did not receive immunity then competed in a dance-off to earn extra judges' points in an effort to increase their overall score.

The competition was intense but sadly at the end one couple was sent home.

I really enjoyed seeing a LIVE taping and then meeting the couples. Such a fun night!
